We turned the training into an interactive story filled with courier slang, boyish humor and unexpected situations. We let the participants of the training decide on its course. For an even more immersive experience, the video is shot from a first-person perspective. The surprisingly successful experiment subsequently transformed into an international educational platform with positive results in 5 markets of Europe.

In Velké Přílepy, CX training took place with 100% participation and the message definitely fell on fertile ground.
This is really cool! :-) I am sure that all couriers will like it. I laughed out loud while I was watching it.
The first emotion was simply surprise. I have never experienced couriers being able to absorb any of the educational activities as they did with interactive CX video. To get the full attention of the courier through classical training is almost impossible.
